Important quotation conditions
- Chargeable volume is the greater of actual CBM and gross weight (kg) ÷ 350; all displayed base prices are USD per chargeable CBM.
- The 30–45 day estimate runs from sailing to the designated Mexico-area warehouse, NOT the final customer address. Extra final-mile time and charges depend on destination.
- The original sheet says destination duties and specified in-state marketplace delivery are included for eligible goods, with important restrictions. Confirm NOM, anti-dumping treatment, Mexican importer arrangements, coverage, and written DDP terms for each shipment.
- Special cargo (including certain machinery, cosmetics and branded goods), other states, residential delivery, oversized shipments and other services require individual confirmation.
- No confirmed airfreight or container FCL rate for Mexico was present in the extracted route tariff; request a separate quote.

Does Mexico DDP shipping include IVA and customs duty?⌄
A DDP quotation can include specified duties and IVA only where a compliant importer and customs arrangement have been established. The quote must identify covered charges and exclusions; no automatic tax-free clearance is implied.
Does my Mexican buyer need an RFC and importer registration?⌄
Many commercial imports require an active RFC and registration in the Padrón de Importadores, with additional sector requirements for certain goods. We review importer eligibility with the licensed local customs partner.
Which Mexico ocean gateways can you arrange?⌄
Manzanillo and Veracruz are common gateways for route evaluation. Carrier schedules, port suitability, inland trucking and customs availability are checked individually.
Can you deliver to Mexico City, Guadalajara or Monterrey?⌄
Final-mile delivery to commercial locations can be evaluated after reviewing the destination postal code, cargo dimensions, unloading conditions and security or routing requirements.
